Curious soul, connecter of people, and explorer of mindset.
I am about your story — listening to the language you use (or don’t use) and helping you notice those differences and bring them into awareness.
Together we take a look at the big picture of where you want to be and then zoom into the complexities of your thoughts and emotions that feel limiting or overwhelming.
I pull from a variety of tools such as guided journaling, nature walks, narrative and cognitive behaviour. I can support you with growing your self-confidence, understanding your choices, and releasing unsupportive self-identifiers.
“Individuals that choose to work with me are often looking for a transformation in thoughts, want to make big life changes, working at strengthening personal boundaries around unhealthy families, and/or want to be heard and seen as the most authentic version of themselves, even if they haven’t met that person yet.”
