I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to meet you where you are, walking beside you on your unique healing journey.

Whether you're facing the loss of a loved one, a pet, a job, or any form of grief—whether recent or from the past—I am here to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.

Together, we will move at your pace, drawing on your inner strength and resilience to ease your suffering. Having experienced my own losses, I understand how consuming grief can be, and I hold a deep belief in the potential for healing.

With 25 years of experience as a social worker, including 15 years as a mental health clinician with Alberta Health Services, I have had the privilege of working with both seniors and adults in individual and group therapy settings, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care.

You are stronger than you think, braver than you believe, and smarter than you think.
