My approach is holistic and person-centered.

Blending talk therapy with mindfulness, body-centered techniques, and goal-oriented strategies, we’ll uncover how your emotions show up in both mind and body, helping you develop tools to cope, heal, and move forward with confidence.

One thing clients will take away from working with me is a deeper sense of self-awareness and empowerment.

I believe that therapy is not about giving people all the answers; it is about helping you discover your own strengths, values, and solutions.

If I wasn’t a counsellor, I’d be a dietician. I geek out on food and nutrition. I enjoy trying new recipes whether it is baking or a main course.

As a Canadian-born Sikh, I value cultural sensitivity and the importance of honoring your identity in the healing process. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and ensure therapy feels inclusive, respectful, and empowering.
